Renting a scooter near Fukue Port, they set off to circle the island — feeling the gentle spring sea breeze along the way. April was the perfect season for a relaxed island ride with friends or partner.

What made their trip even more special was their first-ever camping experience. They said, “Since we came all the way to enjoy Goto’s nature, why not try camping?” We were so happy to give them that little push to dive into the island’s wild beauty.

Two men tried making their camping tent.
They made it just 15 minutes!

Enjoy our easy, hands-free camping!

Everything is ready for you — just bring yourself. With a one-pole tipi tent and my support, even first-timers can set up and start their island adventure in no time.

Trying fishing in the nature!

Just a short walk from our place, there’s a small pier perfect for casual fishing. With rental gear available, you can easily give it a try — no experience needed!

But when our guests came back from fishing, their little rockfish suddenly seemed small compared to what awaited them… A big surprise! Our friendly local free-diver dropped by with a huge striped beakfish he had just speared in the sea.Island life never fails to bring these unexpected, joyful moments!

It was such a nice time each other

They cleaned the rockfish they caught and the big beakfish we received, then enjoyed a feast of fresh Goto seafood. At our guesthouse, it’s not just about the food — it’s also about the connections between travelers who happen to meet under the same roof.

Maybe it was because they came to truly feel Goto’s wild nature that they were blessed with such a lucky surprise.

Some guests come back again, sometimes joining our local diver friend on his boat, or sharing a home-cooked dinner together.Moments like these — the warm, spontaneous exchanges with island locals — are what make this place truly special. We hope our guests feel that same spirit of connection when they stay with us.
